Middle Earth Shadow of War Definitive Edition Xbox One (UK)

I got introduced to this game by my brother-in-law as he just bought some games for his Xbox and he ended up enjoying it so he got me into it and I'm ngl, I sat up and pulled so many late nights to make progress on this game. Killing the captains can get tough and very addicting when you get some of that sweet legendary loot and having an online army aspect to the game makes it more fun too and YOU CAN AVENGE OTHER PLAYERS???? You know how cool that is?? Some random guy dies from a captain and I slay their murderer to avenge them, it's so cool.

Fun. Thrilling. Cool. Nice story.

Cheap key for the full game with dlcs

The price makes this game extremely worth it as there is nothing wrong with the game itself however it has not stood the test of time which makes it something you could very easily get bored with quickly or expect more from.

One of my favourite games. As you progress you become this unstoppable killing machine and you feel invincible. The storyline is incredible and so immersive.

Compared to the Shadow of Mordor. This is def, a huge upgrade. I wouldn't have guess the same ppl made it.

Shadow of war is a decent sequel to the (still superior) first game, but a solid game nonetheless. Slashing through hordes of enemies is just as fun as it used to be in the first game UNTIL Act 4 that is.

I have no idea what happened halfway throughout the game's development but while the first 3 acts are pretty good, Act 4 turns the game into a pure boring grind that has no respect for the player's time. Either the game was rushed to meet the release date or the budget was used up or the team simply ran out of ideas but the endgame ruins the entire experience and looking at the steam achievement charts, most people stop playing the game before finishing it.

Even more immersive than Shadow of Mordor. It is true that, at least for the beginning, it seems like there is gazillion things to do, which is the case indeed. But there is always a choice to go for 100% completion or go through the main story which is epxpanse and finish it faster. Great combat system, amazing graphics and the storyline is captivating!

Haven't played this game much yet but seems very good. For £2.99, at the time of purchase, I cant go wrong adding this to my collection. Love it

hi . bought this game a while ago . honestly i never finished it because i did not know what to do after a certain point , but in my 30 ish hours playing it , i , for sure was not unhappy of the purchase . in fact the bigger maps and more randomized elements to the decor made me very happy . you can also see more action in this title . there always enemies to fight where ever you go in the map . a plus side can be that sneaking is kinda hard in this game , but rewarding as heck . killin a small platoon of 15 orcs without having an army alerted and brought back as reinforcement is very nice . watch out tho , if such thing happen you might well end up with mounted troops , tougher enemies , ranged ones , as well a a dragon rider up your arse in no time , having to jungle between all them to not die . what also very nice , is that the system of timed attacks that do more than double the damage is back . so you can kill minions in 2-3 perfectly timed hits instead of 7-8-9 or even more . overall a great game now that he is quite old , not grandma old (cough skyrim cough) but not modern thats for sure . even better , you can now find him at great prices here and there , one places being here on Buy Steam / Origin / Uplay / Xbox / PSN game keys / License keys dot com .

Extremely repetetive game. Though it has a intriguing story. But the gameplay was too stale to finish the game.

Definitely get the definitive edition! This game's potential for playthrough is so good. Still one of the best series ever made. Without spoiling the ending is fantastic, and the DLC is just as good if not a great bonus to keep going through the game.

Shadow Of War is a game anyone can get into, with or without playing Shadow of Mordor or even knowing about Lord Of The Rings. Being the sequel to the aforementioned Shadow of Mordor, it does everything better than the original. Now that the microtransactions are gone too, the middle and end acts of this game are incredibly fun, just watch out for the beginning. Pick the game up, promise you won't regret it.

One of the best games to grace the Lord of the Rings universe since LOTR: Battle for Middle earth ( The RTS ), also vastly better than Shadow of Mordor, don't get me wrong still a very good game but Shadow of War is better.

What the original lacked in unique identity, the sequel more than makes up for it in features and length.

Awesome RPG with lot of cool and new mechanics, i only can imagine this serie not being so popular cause of coming out same year with Witcher 3 (2015)

Amazing game still holds well today as the game is spectacular and smooth and the soundtrack is also very nice!.

Shadow of War is a great sequel to Shadow of Mordor and has a compelling story and brilliant gameplay. However be aware that it will eat up a lot of space on your hard drive as well as taking up higher RAM, GPU & CPU recourses so make sure your PC has suitable cooling.

Had this game on ps4 and when I switched to PC, knew I had to buy this game again. Really loved the storyline and game, one of the best single player games I've ever played
